The Royal Oak Community Association welcomes anyone interested in development to contact the Association. Proposals are heard during our regularly scheduled Executive meetings or through alternate arrangements. Please contact the President: to be placed on the next agenda. Kindly provide as many of the following items as possible in advance of the meeting:
1. A detailed site map for the area under discussion.
2. Existing zoning / zoning being applied for.
3. Plan for communicating your proposal to the community and neighbours together with a neighbourhood meeting and area to be canvassed.
4. Size and description of lot(s).
5. Size and description of proposed housing plan or plan of subdivision, if available.
6. Timing schedule for applications to Saanich.
7. Timing schedule for development.
8. Indication that proposed final development maintains character of community.
9. Tree survey and traffic study, if available.
10. Description of covenants being offered and variances being sought.
